Return & Refund Policy

At Room of, every ceramic object is handcrafted in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, glaze, texture, size, and finish are natural characteristics of each piece and are not considered defects.

Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 2 bussiness days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
* Proof of purchase is required.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email should include:

* Your order number.
* Clear photographs of the damaged item.
* Photographs of the shipping box and protective packaging.
* A brief description of the damage.

Without photographs of both the item and its packaging, we may be unable to process a claim with the shipping carrier.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please contact us and we will advise on the best solution.

Handmade Nature of Our Products

Each piece is individually cast, finished, glazed (where applicable), and fired in our studio by hands.

Small variations, pinholes, glaze movement, surface texture, tiny air marks, and subtle differences between pieces are part of the character of handmade ceramics and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
