Every piece is handcrafted in small batches, and we take great care in preparing each order for shipment.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 5-7 business days.
Some products are made to order or may require additional production time.
In such cases, the estimated processing time will be indicated on the relevant product page.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Israel and to selected international destinations.
If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange shipping.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and costs are calculated during checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Customs & Import Duties

Packaging
We carefully package all ceramic pieces using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Whenever possible, we also strive to use packaging materials responsibly.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Room of cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
